Main Purpose of the Role
You will administer and coordinate training and NVQ requirements for our customer accounts, keeping clear and accurate records for reporting and compliance.
Duties
- Administering and coordinating customer training and NVQ requests in accordance with contractual requirements
- Processing, scheduling, and monitoring training and NVQ bookings to ensure accurate delivery and record-keeping
- Liaising with customers and training providers via email and telephone, providing clear and timely communication
- Liaising with NVQ assessors and monitoring workload, providing clear and timely communication and records
- Operating in line with company KPI’s and contributing to service performance targets
- Adhering to, maintaining, and supporting company processes and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
- Taking responsibility for additional tasks as assigned

Education:
- Degree in Humanities or Business preferred (2:1 or higher)
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative, coordination or customer service role (essential)
- Experience in managing competing priorities and deadlines (essential)
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems (essential)
- Experience within the Construction Industry (preferred)
- Experience in training, learning, or development environments (preferred)
