We are an ambitious and fast-growing property maintenance startup looking for an organised, proactive, and experienced Part-Time Property Operations Coordinator to join us on our exciting journey.
This is more than just an administration role. We're looking for someone who wants to become a key part of our business and help build the systems, processes, and customer experience that will support our future growth.
As a startup, no two days are the same. You'll work closely with the business owner and be involved in many aspects of the business, including property operations, tenant communication, maintenance coordination, finance administration, payroll support, and business development. Your ideas, initiative, and ability to solve problems will be valued from day one.
This role is initially part-time, with the genuine opportunity to progress into a full-time senior operations role as the company continues to expand. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us and become an integral part of our long-term success.
