Beauty Boutique in Hampstead is looking for a highly skilled and passionate Senior Beauty Therapist/Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in providing exceptional treatments and services, ensuring clients receive the highest level of care and satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of various therapies, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead and mentor junior therapists.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of beauty and/or Aesthetic treatments.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques to provide innovative services.
- Manage client bookings and maintain accurate records of treatments provided.
- Promote products and services to clients, ensuring they are informed about aftercare and home care options.
- Handle client feedback professionally, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in variety of Level 2, 3 or 4 treatments, be a confident person and a team player.
- Proven experience as a Beauty/Aesthetics Therapist, ideally in a senior or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of various treatments and products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
