Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Practitioner to join our team and work in the Toddler Room with children 2-3 years old and our Pre-School Room with 3-4 year olds. We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives and supporting them to achieve to their full potential. We are looking for someone who has great ideas and wants to help us strive to deliver outstanding care and opportunities for the children with us. With exciting new prospects for the Nursery in our vision, now is a great time to join our team. We are committed to the safety and welfare of all the children in our care and the successful applicant will work with us in line with our safeguarding policy to ensure that children are kept safe. Applicants will undergo suitability checks such as enhanced DBS and all employment will be subject to appropriate references.
Responsibilities
- Having a group of key children, and working on helping them gain the independence, confidence and skills they need to move on to Pre-school and school.
- Keeping a learning journey of progress and achievements on our EY app.
- Providing fun and exciting learning opportunities each day for the children to engage in.
- Work in line with the settings policies and procedures and work together to keep children safe.
- Working as part of a team to continue developing the Toddler Room.
- To be enthusiastic, fun and sometimes a little bit silly!
- Build strong partnerships with children and their parents/carers
