This is an exciting opportunity to lead the University of St Andrews mailroom. The successful candidate will lead a 3-person team which includes one full-time member of staff and two part-time members of staff. The role involves the supervision, organisation, prioritisation and administration of the operational day to day running of the mailroom.
You will supervise the efficient and effective internal and external mail services. Consult and collaborate with all external mailing companies and services and respond to the varying needs of the University.
A high level of professional training will be provided to help you carryout this role.
