The Role
Key responsibilities will include supporting the creation and maintenance of our flagship product, the M3NHF Schedule of Rates (SOR) and associated documentation, provide consultancy services to our clients in terms of their contractual arrangements and support Rand Associates in the procurement functions it delivers for its clients therefore we need experts to do the following:
· Assist with the development of the SOR
· Assist with the development of the SOR’s associated documentation (Specification, Price Framework, Form of Contract etc.)
· Maintain the library of material costs and labour costs associated with the SOR
· Conduct options appraisals of clients property maintenance cost and delivery models
· Provide market intelligence to our clients as to the financial performance of their repairs and maintenance services
· Assist clients with the preparation interim and final valuations
· Participate in the preparation and evaluation of tenders

The Candidate
You will be a key member of the team helping to provide support to the large client base using the M3NHF SOR products. This will involve working closely with key internal and external stakeholders so excellent communication, both written and verbal are essential. Essential Requirements
· 3+ years of experience of social housing maintenance.
· Strong knowledge of cost management, budgeting and procurement
· Quantity Surveying qualification at degree level.
· Experience of using the NHF Schedule of Rates
Desirable Skills
· Experience of using the NHF Form of Contract
· Knowledge of Procurement Act 2023
Pay: £28,020.00-£50,500.00 per year
