As part of our team, we will offer you a full-time, permanent position. The position is self-employed. We cover all the costs for the job (van, fuel, insurance, maintenance) you will not be required to invest to work. Location: We are based in Gloucester. Duties and Responsibilities: Sorting and loading parcels in the morning De-brief every evening to ensure completion and compliance. Full training and support will be given regarding your round and company procedures. Damage checks and mileage logs are taken on a regular basis. Organizing each day's deliveries Followed the prescribed route, for all deliveries Observe speed limit Deliver parcels to customers in a timely manner Provide excellent customer service Job Qualifications/Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Highly responsible and reliable Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Ability to work cohesively as part of a team Able to understand and follow work instructions Flexible with a good attitude towards your work Licensing Requirments: Driving license: 1 year UK or EU No more than 6 penalty points NO DD or DR Endorsements On application, full DVLA license checks will take place.
