Sportika Labs is a youth soccer development project on a mission to make quality sports education accessible to kids across the United States. We provide training programs, proven coaching methodology, and business systems that help local partners launch and grow successful soccer academies in their communities.
Our first U.S. academy is already up and running in Austin, TX — and now we're expanding. We're looking for motivated Franchise Partners ready to bring Sportika Labs to their own city.
Opportunity Overview
As a Sportika Labs partner, you'll launch and operate your own youth soccer school using our systems, methodology, and ongoing support. You're not just opening a business — you're building something kids and parents in your community will love.
What You Will Do
Launch and manage a youth soccer school in your area
Recruit and manage youth soccer coaches (we assist)
Organize training sessions using our methodology
Build relationships with parents and grow your academy
Handle day-to-day operations (scheduling, new kids onboarding, local marketing)
Expand to multiple locations over time

Requirements
Must be based in the United States
Strong communication & leadership skills
Experience in sports, education, management, or working with people (preferred)
Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, responsible, goal-oriented
Passion for sports and youth development
English level: conversational or fluent
Pay: From £40,000.00 per year
