Experienced window film installer
Winchester, covering the South Coast & London

We're looking for an experienced, skilled window film installer to take on the majority of our installation work, delivering the high standard our customers expect and know us for.
The Role
● Install solar control, safety, decorative, and privacy window films across domestic and commercial sites, to a consistently high standard
● Install graphics and manifestation, including preparing graphics for application
● Take on the majority of installation jobs, working independently once scheduled
● Represent the business professionally and confidently with customers on-site, including in high-end domestic properties and commercial environments
● One day you could be working in a luxury private home, the next on a construction site — you should be presentable in all environments
What We're Looking For
● Proven, hands-on experience installing window film to a consistently high standard
● Confident and comfortable working independently on clearly defined jobs
● Diligent and careful, with respect for customers' property at all times
● Comfortable working at height and with hand/power tools
● Full UK driving licence, and able to get to our Kings Worthy base independently
● Flexible to work outside typical hours when needed, including occasional early starts, late finishes, or out-of-hours commercial jobs
Physical Requirements
This is a physically demanding role involving ladder work, standing for extended periods, and regular lifting of equipment and materials. Good physical fitness required.
● An enhanced DBS check will be completed as part of the recruitment process
Desirable but not essential:
● CSCS card
● PASMA
● IPAF
