Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. We have both full and part-time roles available. This role involves delivering exceptional service in a welcoming environment, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in catering, serving, or food preparation is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within the hospitality industry while contributing to a positive guest experience. Barista experience is ideal.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements in a courteous manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks with professionalism and attentiveness
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables and service stations
- Handle customer enquiries promptly and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction
- Assist with food preparation tasks as required, adhering to food safety standards
- Support barista duties if applicable, including preparing coffee and other beverages
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
Requirements
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food safety standards is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A friendly, approachable demeanour with a strong customer service focus
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends if necessary
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Previous barista experience or restaurant experience is advantageous but not essential
