VACANCY | PART-TIME COMPLIANCE & HSEQ COORDINATOR
We are a growing Utilities & Infrastructure Company, delivering projects across the sector, and we are looking for an experienced and proactive Compliance & HSEQ Coordinator to join our team.
Based from our yard in Detling, Kent, this is an initial 2-day-per-week position starting in October, with the potential for the role to develop as the business continues to grow.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of our compliance and HSEQ requirements, rather than simply administer them.
The role will include:
- Managing and maintaining our ISO certification and supporting audits
- Managing Achilles accreditation and requirements
- Keeping Atlas Hub and client compliance portals up to date
- Producing, reviewing and updating RAMS
- Preparing risk assessments and method statements
- Maintaining HSEQ policies, procedures and documentation
- Managing training, competency and certification records
- Monitoring compliance renewals and expiry dates
- Supporting internal audits and corrective actions
- Keeping our documentation organised, current and audit-ready
- Working closely with the management team and site teams to maintain high standards
The ideal candidate
We are looking for someone with previous experience in HSEQ, compliance, utilities, infrastructure or construction, who is confident working independently and managing their own workload.
Experience producing RAMS is highly desirable, alongside a good understanding of ISO systems and industry compliance requirements.
Location: Detling, Kent
Start: October
Hours: 2 days per week (may increase with the workload we have)
Rate: £120 - £200 p/day, depending on experience
