Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces within commercial environments
- Maintain cleanliness of washrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to meet health and safety standards
- Use cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively, adhering to company procedures
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand towels, and soap dispensers as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning activities
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Complete cleaning schedules within designated timeframes to ensure operational efficiency
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
