Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team on a part time basis from July. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires effective communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including the restaurant, offices, restrooms, and communal spaces.
- Dust, mop, sweep, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
- Clean windows, surfaces, and fixtures to ensure a spotless environment.
- Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately to promote a clean workspace.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any cleaning needs or concerns.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness while adhering to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English are required for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Ability to drive may be advantageous for roles requiring travel between locations.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
