Support Worker – Mental Health

Day-to-day of the role:
- Deliver tailored support according to individual plans and organisational policies.
- Promote safety, wellbeing, and positive engagement through respectful, person-centred practices.
- Assist service users in accessing activities and services that support their goals.
- Maintain professional boundaries and uphold dignity, respect, and inclusion.
- Manage safeguarding concerns and risks effectively.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in mental health or wellbeing services.
- Strong understanding of recovery-focused practices.
- Excellent communication skills and meticulous in record-keeping.
Desirable Skills:
- Qualifications in mental health or wellbeing.
- Experience collaborating with health professionals or facilitating groups.
- Knowledge of mental health pathways and trauma-informed practices.

Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour
