Job Summary
We’re looking for a passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team, with a strong focus on staff development, training and exceptional guest experiences.
The Role
Lead and motivate the team during service.
Deliver effective training, coaching and feedback.
Support new starters and develop team members.
Maintain high standards of service and hospitality.
Build strong guest relationships and handle feedback professionally.
Support the Restaurant Manager with smooth day-to-day operations.
About You
Previous restaurant/hospitality supervisory or management experience.
A natural people leader who enjoys developing others.
Excellent communication and coaching skills.
Passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Positive, hands-on and able to thrive in a busy environment.
