Could you lead the next chapter of interpretation across three world-class RHS gardens? As Interpretation Manager (South), you'll lead the regional interpretation programme for RHS Wisley, RHS Hyde Hall and RHS Rosemoor, setting priorities, developing your team and overseeing the delivery of a diverse portfolio of interpretation that connects millions of visitors with gardening.
Working with colleagues across horticulture, science, learning, collections and public engagement, you'll identify new opportunities, shape ambitious interpretation projects and ensure our stories are shared in engaging, accessible and imaginative ways. You'll lead larger projects, manage regional investment and build the partnerships that enable great ideas to become exceptional visitor experiences.
As part of the Public Engagement management team, you'll also help shape the future direction of interpretation across the region - developing long-term plans, championing innovation and audience insight, and supporting the growth of a consistent, high-quality interpretive experience offer across our gardens.
