About the Role
We are recruiting experienced Children’s Support Worker to work across a variety of environments, including Secure Units/ EBD/LD support settings. You’ll provide essential care to individuals with learning disabilities, mental health conditions and behavioural and emotional needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care (Washing, Dressing, Toileting)
- Assisting with domestic tasks (meal prep, cleaning)
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Supporting individuals with daily living activities
- Administering medication (where required)
- Ensuring the safety, dignity, and well-being of service users at all times

Requirements
- ✔ Minimum 6 months’ experience as a Children’s Support Worker
- ✔ A caring, empathetic, and reliable nature
- ✔ Right to work in the UK
- ✔ Enhanced Adult and Child DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- ✔ NVQ Level 2/3 in Children and Young People’s Workforce (desirable but not essential)
- ✔ MAPA/ PMVA/ CPI Cards/ Team Teach Training – (Preferred but not essential)
