Responsibilities
- Serve drinks to customers efficiently and with a friendly attitude, ensuring accurate orders and prompt service
- Prepare and replenish bar supplies, including mixing cocktails, pouring beverages, and maintaining cleanliness of the bar area
- Assist in food preparation tasks, such as assembling dishes and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to uphold hygiene standards in all food handling activities
- Manage cash transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle customer payments responsibly
- Support the team during busy periods by managing multiple tasks effectively and maintaining excellent time management
- Ensure the bar and kitchen areas are kept clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations at all times
Skills
- Desire to learn multiple areas of a hospitality business

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
