Castle View Retirement Living is looking for an enthusiastic Relettings & Resales Advisor to drive the successful sale and reletting of our retirement apartments while promoting the exceptional lifestyle our community offers.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective buyers and tenants.
- Network with local estate agents, solicitors, healthcare professionals and community organisations to generate referrals.
- Develop and deliver local marketing initiatives to raise awareness of the scheme.
- Organise and host open days, coffee mornings and promotional events.
- Conduct property viewings and personalised tours of the development.
- Manage the end-to-end reletting and resale process.
- Liaise with solicitors, estate agents and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
- Keep accurate records of enquiries, sales progression and performance.
- Work proactively to minimise void periods and maximise occupancy.
