What we're looking for

Education
- Minimum level 2 Diploma in Adult Social Care - preferred level 3
· GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience
· Care home experience: 2 year (preferred) or 1 year (minimum)

Job Description and Your Role at Chatham Waters:
Working under the direction of the Deputy and General Manager of the home, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the night shift professionally and competantly
- Supporting the night care team with all aspects of the shift requirements
- Developing team night team and provide 121 support and supervision
· Providing high-quality care and support to residents.
· Supporting residents with day-to-day living, including mealtimes, activities, outings, and companionship.
· Assisting with mobility and personal care.
· Supporting general hospitality and resident wellbeing.
· Completing electronic care notes and assisting with care plan updates.
· Acting as a key worker for allocated residents.
Hours and Pay
· 3 shifts on and 3 shifts off over a 6-week rolling rota.
· Full time 8 pm to 8 am - 42 hours per week (including 1 hour paid break).
· Salary: £17.50 per hour
