The role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop our new luxury box department, working with brand-new equipment and producing beautifully crafted paper-over-board boxes for a wide range of world-leading businesses.
We’re looking for someone with significant hands-on experience in luxury box making — someone who has operated a wide range of equipment, understands the processes and materials involved, and has a deep understanding of the intricacies of modern box making.
You'll bring the technical knowledge and experience to help us establish, develop and grow this exciting new department.
But technical ability is only part of what matters to us.
We’re looking for someone with attitude, energy, attention to detail and the determination to produce exceptional work. Someone who takes pride in what they do, cares about quality and wants to help build something special.
What we're looking for
- Proven, hands-on experience in luxury box making
- Experience operating a wide range of box-making equipment
- A strong understanding of materials, processes and production techniques
- The ability to lead, organise and develop a new production department
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A commitment to quality and getting things right
- A positive, energetic and can-do attitude
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliability, determination and a willingness to learn and continually improve

You’ll be working in a business that has invested heavily in modern print, finishing and production technology.

- A wide range of box-making equipment
- Kama die-cutting
- Multiple Stahl folding machines
- Multiple guillotines
- ST stitching lines
- Laminating
- Perfect binding
- Cylinders
- Automated cutting tables
- Digital presses with metallic, clear, white and fluorescent embellishments
- Heidelberg LED and conventional litho
- SwissQ Flatbed wide-format technology with neon
- Zund & Kongsberg cutting tables

Alongside our production technology, we have our own Creative Design, CAD Design & Technology team, a newly refurbished facility and a fantastic client experience area.
