We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Restaurant Business Development Manager to spearhead our commercial growth. You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, expanding our restaurant footprint, and negotiating mutually beneficial B2B partnerships. The ideal candidate is a strategic hunter with extensive experience in the foodservice, hospitality, or food-tech sectors.

Duties
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach activities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including restaurant owners, executive chefs, and corporate partners
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Identify new business opportunities, including catering, corporate partnerships, events, delivery channels, and franchise opportunities.
- Conduct market research to analyze customer trends, competitor activities, and emerging industry opportunities.
- Prepare growth plans and business forecasts aligned with company objectives.
- Evaluate potential locations for expansion and support new restaurant openings.
- Generate new business through networking, prospecting, and relationship building.
- Secure corporate accounts, group bookings, and catering contracts.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and partnership agreements.
- Develop strategies to increase average spend, customer frequency, and overall sales performance.
- Monitor sales metrics and implement corrective actions when targets are not met.
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 2–5+ years of experience in business development, sales, hospitality, restaurant management, or a related role.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and business expansion targets.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and hospitality industry trends.
- Experience with contract negotiation and partnership development.
Pay: £42,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
