- Implement and monitor HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) procedures to identify potential hazards and maintain food safety standards.
- Perform detailed analysis of production data and quality metrics to identify trends, deviations, or areas for improvement.
- Assist in conducting quality assurance checks, including sampling, testing, and documentation to verify product consistency and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of production processes, quality inspections, and analysis results for traceability and compliance purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and continuous workflow.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of HACCP principles and their application within food or manufacturing settings is highly desirable.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
