The role
As an Insurance Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the right insurance solutions while delivering exceptional service.
You'll build strong relationships, identify customers' needs and provide advice with confidence and professionalism. Every conversation is different, making this an engaging and rewarding role where your people skills really make a difference.
You'll receive comprehensive training from day one, giving you all the knowledge and support you need to succeed while studying towards your fully funded CII qualification.
We're looking for someone who has:
- At least two years' experience in a sales or customer service role.
- A confident, engaging and personable communication style.
- A genuine passion for building relationships with customers.
- A positive attitude and the drive to learn something new.
- The ambition to build a long-term career within the insurance industry.
- A willingness to study towards the Cert CII qualification, fully funded by the business.
