NOW Education are currently working closely with a SEMH/ Behavioural School in Leicester that offers an education to Secondary aged students that present behavioural or Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. We are currently recruiting for a high calibre pastoral specialists to join their established team for the new academic year initially through Now Education, with potential to move onto a permanent contract.
Our school provides a warm and welcoming environment for students that may have experienced large elements of trauma in the past, and some that are the hardest to reach in the county. We are effective at providing a stable learning environment that allows them to achieve their personal goals.

We are looking a compassionate and engaging learning support assistant to work closely with leadership, and middle leaders to provide an all round pastoral and care approach for our young people. Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate others, and a compassionate and empathetic nature for providing pastoral care is required for this role.
This role is Full-Time for the academic year 2026 - 2027, working Monday to Friday 8:30AM - 3:30PM each day, this may have an opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
