Restaurant Supervisor – Full-Time | Manchester

About the Role
As a assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations, leading the team, and ensuring high standards of service are consistently delivered. You will work closely with management to maintain a smooth and efficient service environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
- Lead, motivate, and support front-of-house team members
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest feedback or complaints professionally
- Manage opening and closing procedures alongside management
- Handle stock control, ordering, stock taking, and inventory management
- Complete administrative duties including paperwork, invoices, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with all food hygiene and health & safety regulations
- Support training and development of new and existing team members
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant
- Hands-on experience working in a bar environment and good knowledge of beverage service
- Experience in stock control, ordering, and handling restaurant paperwork/invoices
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and progress
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and closing shifts
