Duties
- Lead and supervise store staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service
- Manage daily store operations including inventory control, merchandising, cash handling, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and improve store performance
- Oversee stock replenishment, product displays, and visual merchandising to attract customers and maximize sales potential
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive shopping experience for all visitors
- Maintain accurate administrative records such as sales reports, inventory logs, and staffing schedules

Qualifications
- Proven management experience in retail or convenience store environments with supervising responsibilities
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively
