At Bear and Bunny, our wonderful team is growing and we're currently looking for a Part Time Parent & Family Liaison Coordinator to join our team
We are a family-run Childcare Nursery with settings in Charlwood RH6 and Meadvale RH1. We are social, supportive and rewarding.
Choosing a nursery is one of the biggest decisions parents make.
As our Parent & Family Liaison Coordinator, you'll guide families through every stage of the enrolment process, ensuring they receive a warm, personal and professional experience from their very first enquiry through to their child settling happily into nursery.
This is a flexible, part-time role that can largely be worked around your lifestyle. Some work may also be completed during evenings or weekends if this suits you, although daily daytime availability will be required to liaise with our nursery managers and attend meetings and to ensure that enquiries are dealt with swiftly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and warmly to enquiries from prospective families via our childcare CRM, telephone, email and messaging.
- Arrange nursery tours with our managers and maintain regular communication with parents.
- Follow up enquiries to answer questions and support families in making their decision.
- Coordinate settling-in sessions for new children.
- Keep accurate records and update our childcare CRM throughout each family's journey.
- Provide information about nursery places, availability and government childcare funding options.
- Liaise closely with nursery managers to ensure a smooth admissions process.
- Follow up with families after their child starts to ensure they are settling well and to offer continued support.
- Create and schedule engaging social media posts using photos, videos and updates from our childcare app.
- Help maintain a positive and professional online presence for Bear & Bunny.
About You

- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers, email systems and CRM software (or quick to learn new systems).
- Empathetic and understanding that starting nursery is a significant milestone for both children and parents.
- Confident working independently and managing their own workload.
- Experienced in customer service, administration, sales support or childcare admissions (desirable but not essential).
- Knowledgeable about childcare funding, or willing and able to learn this quickly.
- A confident user of social media with a good eye for engaging content.
- Local to the Charlwood/Redhill area, as meetings at our settings or office will be required.
What We Offer
