We are currently looking for someone to join our team as a Barista at our independent, family-run, fast-growing coffee shop.
The shop can be super busy, so we need someone who can act and respond fast to the requests of our customers and the needs of the day, and multi-task effectively.

Requirements
- Ability to reliably travel to Derby & Burton Services near Willington, DE65 6DX
- Able to work weekends and most holidays (bank holidays, Easter etc.)
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to customers, ensuring a pleasant experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist in food preparation and manage inventory effectively.
- Utilise basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
- Manage time efficiently during peak hours to ensure timely service.
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with patrons to enhance their visit.
Also great if...
- You drink coffee!
- 6 months experience in the hospitality industry, ideally in a cafe or coffee shop
- Ability to make barista coffee with some latte art skills
- You're free to work any day of the week
Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour
