We're looking to recruit a experienced Carpets & Flooring Sales Consultant to join our team the hours include working on a Saturday
Role
As a Carpet & Flooring Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our wide range of flooring products while delivering exceptional customer service guiding our customers through their purchasing journey,helping them make informed decisions and acting as a key point of contact during and after the sale.
Responsibilities
*Flooring and carpets sales across a wide range of products.
* Deliver accurate quotes based on customer choices combined with dimensions provided by our estimator.
* Timeously & accurately process all documentation relating to sales
* Maintain the appearance of the showroom through general housekeeping, cleaning and replacing samples.
*Help to make sure our showroom is a warm, welcoming friendly and safe environment.
* Respond Promptly to all enquires.
* Accurately complete customer orders and process payments.
Candidate Requirements
- A wealth of knowledge in carpet & flooring sales within an independant retail setting.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication, literacy and numeracy skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
- Confident communicating with customers face to face, by telephone and via email.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £16.50-£18.50 per hour
