Job Summary
About the role
The purpose of the Facilities and Reception Administrator role is to provide effective administration and coordination of Facilities services across Southern Hospice Group, supporting the day-to-day operations of the Estates and Facilities team. The role helps ensure facilities, reception services, suppliers, systems, rotas, staff records and operational tasks are managed efficiently and consistently across hospice sites.

Coordinating maintenance and contractor call-outs
Managing facilities systems, records and reports
Raising orders and arranging essential supplies
Coordinating vehicle servicing and MOTs
Managing reception rotas and timesheets
Welcoming visitors and resolving enquiries effectively
