What You'll Do
Help transform lives by supporting individuals with mental health needs to develop independence skills in a supportive environment. You'll build meaningful relationships while helping individuals prepare for successful independent living.

Key Responsibilities
- Building trusting, professional relationships with service users
- Supporting individuals to strengthen their skills and confidence to make lasting improvements to their mental health and coping strategies
- Facilitating access to specialist partnership services and helping implement learned skills
- Adhering to all home guidelines and policies
- Reporting significant changes in service users' health or circumstances to the home manager
- Encouraging and supporting independent daily activities (cooking, cleaning, shopping)
- Developing individuals' confidence in financial budgeting
- Assisting with personal hygiene when necessary
- Fostering respectful relationships between housemates and supporting social engagement
- Championing equality and positive behaviour through support plans and ABC charts
- Providing care during temporary illness and supporting medication administration
