Project Engineer / Project Manager – Security Systems

Our client is a forward-thinking Security company, holding NSI Gold and BAFE accreditation.
They specialise in the design, installation, service and maintenance of integrated security systems and work with a diverse range of public and private sector organisations.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key member of a growing project team, managing construction and upgrade projects across a range of integrated security systems.
What you'll be doing
You’ll take responsibility for delivering projects on time, within budget and to the highest standards, while providing an exceptional level of service to customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Manage security construction and upgrade projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to a high standard.
· Coordinate engineering teams and subcontractors across CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms and Fire Systems.
· Oversee project documentation, programmes, schedules, timesheets and job reports.
· Ensure quality, Health & Safety and customer requirements are consistently met.
· Develop innovative, cost-effective solutions while continuing professional development, including opportunities to work towards SMSTS / PRINCE2.
What we're looking for
We're keen to speak with experienced security industry professionals who have:
· Proven experience as a Project Engineer or Project Manager within the security industry, with good knowledge of NSI standards.
· Strong technical knowledge of Access Control, Intruder Alarms, IP & analogue CCTV and Fire Alarms.
· Experience managing projects to programmes and schedules, with good knowledge of MS Project, Word, Excel and Outlook.
· Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a proactive, self-motivated and team-focused approach.
· ECS card and full UK driving licence, with a genuine interest in technology and innovative security solutions.
