Salary Range: Grade 5, SCP 16 - 18 (£30,518.00 - £31,537.00 FTE, £26,963.00 - £27,863.00 pro rata)
Salary amounts quoted are from the 1 September to 31 August and therefore if you commence employment part way through the academic year they are subject to an equated salary adjustment
Working Type: Full Time (37 hours, 39 working weeks, 45.942 paid weeks)
Base: The Grangefield Academy, Oxbridge Avenue, Stockton on Tees, TS18 4LE
Please note: the post holder will be engaging in regulated activity, working mainly or wholly with children. This position is exempt from the rehabilitation of offender’s act 1974. It is an offence to apply for this role if you are barred from engaging in regulated activity relevant to children.

We are looking to appoint an organised and motivated Attendance Manager to join our team on a temporary maternity cover basis. This key role is responsible for leading the academy’s attendance strategy, ensuring accurate attendance processes and working proactively to improve student attendance and punctuality.
You will work collaboratively with students, families, academy staff and external agencies to identify barriers to attendance and implement effective interventions that support improved outcomes. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, the ability to analyse attendance data and a commitment to ensuring every student has the best opportunity to succeed through regular attendance.
