Duties
- Oversee the management of multiple properties, ensuring all aspects of property maintenance and tenant relations are handled efficiently.
- Coordinate repairs, renovations, and routine maintenance activities, liaising with contractors and service providers.
- Supervise maintenance staff and contractors, providing leadership and ensuring tasks are completed to standard.
- Develop and implement property management strategies to optimise operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections.
- Manage budgets, rent collection, lease agreements, and tenant correspondence.
- Prepare reports on property performance and maintenance activities for senior management.
Skills
- Proven management experience with strong leadership qualities.
- Project management skills to coordinate multiple tasks effectively.
- Supervising experience with the ability to lead teams confidently.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in maintenance planning and execution.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
