Enable promote and support the effective use of data, information, knowledge and technology to support and improve health and health care delivery.
The officer will provide analytical and technical support in the development, analysis, interpretation and presentation of data for internal managerial and clinical staff, and externally to meet national requirements
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
To analyse clinical service requests, and develop solutions to these requirements, either through system/screen developments, or database tools/solutions.
To work with clinicians and managers to identify their clinical record needs and to analyse and provide expert advice to support them in the delivery of an electronic health record to their clinical service.
To support regular research work undertaken by the department as required.
