We are seeking an experienced and versatile Handyman to join our property maintenance team on a full or part-time basis. The role involves undertaking a wide range of maintenance tasks in predominantly residential accommodation, including both small and larger jobs.
Key Responsibilities
- General property maintenance and repairs
- The ability to move between jobs as required
- Working independently and as part of a team
- Maintaining a professional and customer focused approach at all times
Requirements
- Proven handyman/maintenance experience
- Competence in minor electrical and plumbing work is desirable
- Ability to manage varied workloads and move between tasks
- Own tools (vehicle can be supplied)
This is a hands-on role within a busy property maintenance environment, supporting the upkeep and smooth running of residential accommodation.
