You support our team as
- Sales of fabric, metallic, rubber expansion joints and RKS at customer sites within the UK to end user, OEM and 3rd party customers.
- Sales of the service, inspection and maintenance of the above.
- The role is predominantly based external to the Company facility (mainly within the UK but on occasion it can be outside the UK).
- The ongoing selling of service concept, including service jobs, and replacement of expansion joints.
- Submitting quotations to customers.
- Logging of all sales data, enquiries, visits etc. and customer information via C4C.
- Checking dimensional measurements, note misalignment.
- Undertake site survey of expansion joints (mapping, condition report).
- Preparation of visit reports, and mapping of customer locations.
- Input into budget preparation.
- Service visits and planning maintenance outages.
- Proactive / problem solving on customer needs.
- Management of individual customer base.
- Ideally 5 years’ general sales experience.
- Ideally 3 years of expansion joint experience.
- Ideally knowledge of Static Sealing Solution portfolio.
- Ideally knowledge of product related inspection and service execution.
