Responsibilities
- Clean and detail vehicles inside and out using appropriate cleaning products, tools, and techniques
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, damage, or imperfections and address issues promptly
- Prepare vehicles for customer delivery or display by performing polishing, vacuuming, washing, waxing, and interior cleaning
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including storage of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Assist with moving vehicles within the lot or garage as needed using safe driving practices
- Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a secure working environment
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any specific vehicle presentation requests or questions
Requirements
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record; ability to operate various vehicle types safely
- Previous janitorial or vehicle cleaning experience preferred but not required; training provided
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and thoroughness in all tasks
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift for extended periods; physically fit to handle cleaning tasks
- Reliable transportation to arrive on time for shifts and move vehicles around the lot or facility
