Kings Heath, Birmingham £32,000-£42,000 (depending on experience)
Looking for a role where you can do your best clinical work?
Join our specialist Speech and Language Therapy team and become part of a practice that values evidence-based therapy, clinical excellence, collaboration and professional development.
We believe great therapists are developed through support, supervision and shared learning—and that's exactly what we provide.
Whether you're a newly qualified therapist looking for the right place to begin your career or an experienced clinician looking for a fresh challenge, we'd love to hear from you.
About us
We are a small, independent Speech and Language Therapy practice committed to delivering outstanding, evidence-based services for children and adults.
Our ethos is simple: we believe therapy should be evidence-based, collaborative and genuinely life-changing. We invest as much in our team as we do in our clients because we know that supported therapists deliver the very best outcomes.
Our therapists work in partnership with families, schools, case managers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver therapy that makes a genuine difference to people's lives.
Being a small team means every member of staff is valued. Your ideas matter, your clinical reasoning is encouraged, and you'll have the opportunity to help shape the future of our growing practice.
The role
This is a varied and rewarding role working across our clinic in Kings Heath and within local schools.
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Assess and deliver evidence-based therapy to a varied caseload.
- Build meaningful therapeutic relationships with children, families and adult clients.
- Work collaboratively with schools, teachers and other professionals.
- Liaise with case managers and multidisciplinary teams.
- Develop specialist clinical skills across a diverse range of communication needs.
- Contribute ideas and help shape the development of our services.
This post is for a minimum of 13 hours per week, with opportunities to increase your hours.
As part of the role you'll need to travel between our clinic and schools, so a full driving licence and access to a car are essential.

- Opportunities to develop specialist clinical skills.
