We are looking for an organised, proactive and confident Workshop Progressor to join our busy Billingham site. This is a key role supporting the smooth running of the workshop by helping progress vehicles through repair, maintenance and preparation work efficiently, accurately and to a high standard.
You will act as a vital link between the workshop, service reception, parts department and customers, helping to keep work moving, information up to date and vehicles on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
· Monitor and progress vehicles through the workshop process from arrival to completion.
· Liaise with technicians, service advisors, parts colleagues and management to support efficient job flow.
· Track job status, parts availability and repair progress, escalating delays where required.
· Help ensure customer updates are accurate, timely and professional.
· Support workshop planning, prioritisation and preparation activity.
· Maintain accurate records and assist with administration linked to workshop progress.
· Promote high standards of health, safety, quality and customer care at all times.
Pay: £30,000.00 per year
