The Pink Cabbage Co. is looking for an experienced and passionate brunch cook to join our friendly kitchen team.
We are an independent coffee shop with a reputation for freshly prepared food, excellent coffee and warm, genuine hospitality. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys cooking and takes pride in producing consistently high quality dishes.
This is not a role for someone who simply wants a job. We are looking for someone who loves food, works well under pressure and enjoys being part of a close knit team.
What we are looking for
Someone who:
- Has previous experience working in a busy brunch, breakfast or café kitchen
- Can confidently manage a section during service
- Has a passion for fresh food and attention to detail
- Is organised, reliable and calm under pressure
- Works well as part of a team
- Takes pride in cleanliness and maintaining high food hygiene standards
Full training will be provided on The Pink Cabbage menu and our way of working, but we are looking for someone who already has solid cooking experience and confidence in a professional kitchen.

Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
