We’re recruiting for a Private Associate Dentist to join a well-established fully private practice in Carlisle with a loyal patient base and strong demand for both family and cosmetic dentistry.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into an established private list within a modern six-surgery clinic that offers a supportive team environment and excellent private earning potential.
About the Role
- Contract: 3–4 days per week
- Days: Flexible (Thursday not available)
- Working Hours: 08:30 – 17:00 with 1 hour lunch
- Start Date: October 2026 (current associate flexible)
- Remuneration: 50–55% private split (dependent on experience)
- Labs: 50% split
- Patient List: Established private list
Ideal Candidate
- Confident providing general private dentistry
- Interest or experience in cosmetic dentistry welcomed
- Patient-focused clinician with excellent communication skills
- Team-oriented with a long-term mindset
- Comfortable managing a fully private patient base
Practice Details
- Fully private practice – no NHS
- 6 surgery modern clinic
- Fully digital practice using Software of Excellence
- Modern equipment including scanner and dental microscope
- On-site parking available
- Train and bus stations within a 7-minute walk
Requirements
- GDC registered
- Right to work in the UK
