Little Street is an award winning play centre for young children, themed as a miniature version of a typical town, inspiring children to explore life in the world around them. Open 7 days a week, our leisure facilities provide a fun and educational play environment for children and their parents/carers. We have a small cafe onsite serving drinks and pre packaged snacks.
The role:
We are currently looking to recruit a part time Weekend Play Centre Assistant to work on a Saturday/Sunday with additional hours available during the school holidays. It's an ideal role for a student looking to work around college hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet our customers with a smile and create a friendly atmosphere.
- Take food and drink orders, and make hot beverages for our guests.
- Engage with children during their play, ensuring a safe and joyful experience while keeping play areas tidy.
- Help prepare for and support birthday celebrations.
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment for everyone to enjoy.
Skills & experience required:
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Passionate about working in child centred, playful and engaging environment.
- Dependable Team Player: Reliability and responsibility are key to your work ethic.
