Shift Pattern:
- Week 1: Monday, Thursday & Friday
- Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday

The Role
As a Care Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive outstanding, person-centred care while supporting and motivating your team to deliver their very best.
Working closely with the Deputy Manager, you'll:
- Lead and coordinate your team throughout each shift.
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
- Administer medication safely and accurately.
- Support care planning and resident assessments.
- Mentor and develop Care Assistants.
- Ensure high standards are maintained in line with CQC regulations.
- Create a positive, welcoming and supportive environment where residents can truly thrive.

Who we're looking for
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience within adult social care.
- Has experience leading or supervising a care team.
- Is passionate about delivering outstanding care.
- Has excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Leads with empathy, positivity and professionalism.
- Is committed to helping older people live well and with dignity.
