Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and communicative Hire Controller to join our team. Must have experience and knowledge in small tool hire, and heavy plant. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a multilingual environment. Wages are negotiable depending on experience and knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Taking hire enquiries either by phone or email and negotiating rates, building relationships with people.
- Coordinate with other members of staff in the workshop and in the office to make sure we can process orders as cost effective as possible.
- Using hire packages to process orders and invoicing.
- Ensuring plant and tools are returned correctly and any additional charges will be notified and invoiced.
Pay: £24,420.00-£35,000.00 per year
