We market Cayman Islands freehold building land to buyers across the UK, Europe and North America. This role is based in our Southport office - you won't be relocating to the Caribbean, though you'll spend your working day talking to people who want to buy there, and get to visit on an annual basis.
Oasis Land Development has specialised in Cayman freehold land for over 18 years. Our marketing brings the enquiries in. We're hiring advisors who can look after the clients .
At Oasis, we are different we produce podcasts and online talk shows for an international audience, and our advisors take part - hosting segments, answering buyer questions, building a profile in the market. It generates the enquiries you then work. If you've wanted your name and face attached to what you sell rather than being an anonymous voice on a call list, this is that job.
Pay
Base salary starts at £24,000 and rises with your sales, to £55,000 and beyond for consistent performers. Your base is reviewed every three months against the sales you've made, so it moves with your results - in both directions.
On top of that you earn uncapped commission on every sale you exchange.
We'll take you through the full structure at interview. It's simple once you see it, and we'd rather explain it properly than flatten it into a headline number.
What you'll do
- Work inbound enquiries from our marketing
- Guide buyers through the land purchase process end to end
- Appear on our podcasts and talk shows
- Run a disciplined pipeline across phone, email and CRM
- Carry out client due diligence to the standard transactions require
- Follow up properly - most of these sales are won in the fourth conversation, not the first
Who does well here
People who follow up when it would be easier not to. Who can hold someone's hand through a considered purchase from four thousand miles away. Who are comfortable being asked hard questions about title, process and compliance, and go and find the answer when they don't have one.
What you'll need:
- 2 years in a target-driven sales role. Property experience is welcome but not required - we've hired good people from insurance, finance and B2B
- Confidence handling objections and detailed questions
- Real organisation and follow-up discipline
- Comfort with CRM systems and digital tools

Our buyers are in other time zones, so the day runs later than a standard office job.
