Diverse Commercial Solutions (DCS) is a growing facilities management company delivering cleaning, maintenance, building and support services across England and Wales. Due to continued growth, we're looking for a proactive and hands-on Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to join our operations team based in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to become the local operational lead for our England-based contracts, helping to ensure our sites continue to receive the high standards of service our clients expect.
The Role
As a Mobile Supervisor, you'll support the day-to-day management of multiple client sites, working closely with our Area Manager and Operations team to ensure contracts are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities;
- Carry out regular site visits, audits and quality inspections.
- Support cleaning teams and supervisors across multiple locations.
- Conduct staff inductions, training and coaching.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding and staff development.
- Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues quickly and professionally.
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients through regular communication.
- Complete site reports and operational documentation using company systems.
- Provide cover and support where required across contracts.
What We're Looking For;
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced within the commercial cleaning or facilities management industry.
- A confident people manager with excellent communication skills.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple sites effectively.
- Proactive with a strong eye for quality and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using mobile technology and completing digital reports.
- Flexible and willing to travel across the region.
Essential
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Previous supervisory or management experience.
- Good knowledge of Health & Safety practices.
- Right to work in the UK.
