Flora-tec is looking for an enthusiastic Interior Plant Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with beautiful tropical plants while visiting a variety of prestigious client sites across London. Whether you're already experienced in horticulture or simply have a genuine interest in plants and are eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you. Full training is provided.
The Role
As an Interior Plant Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining stunning tropical plant displays at our clients' premises throughout London. Your duties will include:
- Watering, feeding and caring for tropical plants.
- Cleaning and maintaining plant displays to an exceptional standard.
- Monitoring plant health and reporting any issues.
- Managing your own portfolio of client sites while also supporting the wider team when required.
- Delivering a reliable, professional and friendly service to our clients.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine interest in horticulture and indoor plants.
- Is proactive, positive and takes pride in their work.
- Can work independently and manage their own workload.
- Is reliable, organised and keen to learn.
- Enjoys providing excellent customer service.
Previous experience is preferred but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.
