JOB TITLE: Relief Guest Services Advisor
LOCATION: Bromley
PAY RATE: £13.45 per hour
HOURS: Flexible working hours including weekends.
The Role:
We are looking for a Relief Guest Services Advisor with excellent people skills to provide exceptional service to our guests whilst exhibiting a friendly and professional approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a first point of contact for customer information
- Resolving any issues or complaints in a friendly and professional manner
- Working alongside a team handling complaints or concerns.
- Responding to customer inquiries or requests
- Creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere
- Basic knowledge in word & excel required as you will be undertaking various administrative duties.
Person Specification:
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- Confident using radios to communicate effectively with the team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate, with the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office applications
- You are capable of dealing with a variety of situations and are very customer service-focused.
- You have evidence of strong organizational and time management skills.

Eligibility documents needed at interview: Passport or Full Birth Certificate; Utility Bill showing current address and dated within 3 months; Proof of National Insurance (Payslips cannot be used) such as NI card, P45, P60, benefits or HMRC letter.
